FINISHING TOUCH

Finishing Touch is a custom builder licensed in the New York and Connecticut. They were building multi-million dollar homes, with a Wix contractor website to showcase them, and needed an upgrade. Our experience with clients in the real estate industry, and a referral from a satisfied architecture firm client, led FT to pS, and we sat down to design and develop a new website that would reflect the caliber of work FT produces.

FT builds custom homes in the most exclusive markets in the country - Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester County, NY. To impress potential clients, they needed a website that not only shows relevant work, but framed it in a clean, sophisticated manner. We created an elegant design highlighting their work, services, and bona fides that sets their business apart from the competition.

Ease of use and maintenance, along with search engine optimization and visibility, were of paramount importance to the client. Wix is useful, but only if you want to use Wix. We came up with a plan for a responsive WordPress website design and built out FTcontracting.com to our design specifications with future extensibility in mind.

When populating the website with FT’s extensive library of project content, we hit on keyword topics that draw large search volumes and have relatively low difficulty - with the amount of templated contractor website services out there, it’s not surprising, as they tend to present a lesser search appearance and presence. Our digital marketing team’s knowledge of the subject matter from tangential clients in the building and property management industries allowed us to make expert tweaks without contradicting building codes.  Hopefully.
