Is My Website ADA Accessible?

Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that businesses make accessibility accommodations to allow the disabled public to access the same services as clients who are not disabled. This includes electronic media and websites.

The ADA applies to businesses with 15 or more employees, though it benefits any business that serves the public make their website accessible.

Additionally, companies working with a government agency or government contractor must follow web accessibility guidelines under Section 508 of the Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which are similar to the ADA requirements.

We utilize the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG2.1) as our standard for website remediation and work to Level AAA accessibility.
